Right of withdrawal
You can change your mind.
The statutory withdrawal instruction for consumers. It applies to prints from the standing edition. Commissions are excluded, and the reason is below.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, take possession of the goods.

To meet the deadline it is enough to send your notice before the period expires.
What follows
If you withdraw, we refund every payment received from you, including the delivery cost, without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days of being informed.
We refund by the same means you used to pay, and it costs you nothing. We may wait until the goods are back with us, or until you show that you have sent them, whichever comes first.
Send the goods back without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days of telling us. You carry the direct cost of the return.
You are liable only for a loss in value caused by handling the work beyond what is needed to establish its nature and condition.
Where it does not apply
There is no right of withdrawal for goods made to your specification or clearly personalised (§ 312g (2) no. 1 BGB). A commission — a work built from the text you send — is such a piece, as is a print personalised with a dedication. A print from the standing edition, ordered as shown here, is not: for those the right above applies in full.
