Κάθε νέο άνθος γεννιέται στραμμένο κατά 137,5 μοίρες από το προηγούμενο. Η γωνία αυτή είναι η μόνη που δεν επαναλαμβάνεται ποτέ ακριβώς, γι’ αυτό κανένα άνθος δεν σκιάζει το επόμενο. Οι σπείρες που μετράς είναι πάντα διαδοχικοί αριθμοί Fibonacci: 21 και 34, ή 34 και 55, ή 55 και 89.

In English, my rendering

Each new floret is born turned 137.5 degrees from the one before. This angle is the only one that never repeats exactly, which is why no floret ever shades the next. The spirals you count are always consecutive Fibonacci numbers: 21 and 34, or 34 and 55, or 55 and 89.
